This church is dedicated to St. Lawrence. Its existence was mentioned for the first time in 1254, and was rebuilt between 1837 and 1840. It was severely damaged and partially destroyed by the earthquake of 1976. It was then renovated and when the work was completed, inagurated in 2009, with the only surviving work of art being the painting of the adoration of the King Magi, recovered after the earthquake. The bell tower, built between 1781 and 1796, was damaged by the earthquakes of 1976 and was then renovated between the years 1984 and 1986.
