This church is dedicated to St. John. The building was destroyed during the war of the years 1915-1918, rebuilt in 1947 and razed to the ground by the earthquake of 1976, and after that has been rebuilt again, maintaining its original 13th century appearance. On the inside there are some frescoes, albeit ruined, dating back to the 16th century. Not far from the building the remains of an ancient hermitage can still be seen today (dating back to the 18th century).
