Of Palladian inspiration, the cathedral, originally made in Gothic style and dedicated to St. Michael, dominates the town's main square. The bell tower dates back to 1531 and was designed by Giovanni da Udine. After crossing the bronze portals (designed by Nino Gortan, 1982), on the inside it can be admmired a baptismal font made in white stone made by Carlo da Carona (dating back to 1510), one of the largest of its kind in Friuli, and the 18th century high altar made by Francesco Fosconi.
