Church of Sant'Anna

Friuli Collinare - Church of Sant'Anna
The building was originally built in the seventeenth century to perform the function of the noble church of the Bellavitis counts. After being in severe decay for fifty years in 1929, as can be seen from the epigraph, it was restored by Count Ugo in memory of his mother Anna d'Este.
Villa Bellavitis was purchased in 1948 by the parish of Treppo Grande by the Bellavitis counts who subsequently donated only the church of Sant'Anna.
Damaged by the 1976 earthquake, the building was later restored.
